External FD30 Door Question

We have built a single storey kitchen extension which will have a side door for day to day use, as its just less than 1000mm from a neighbouring property building control are insisting we fit an FD30 door, as its the main entrance we'd like something at least a little decorative, can anyone advise what is available as I'm not having much luck searching.

 

Additionaly there is a window next to the door that also needs a 30 minute rating, not sure what we can fit here either so suggestions would be appreciated..

Thanks I did find their website after I'd posted on here, I'll give them a call.

My understanding from a few months back when I needed one was that following Grenfell all these composite doors needed re certifying so were 'currently unavailable'.  I resultantly ended up with a wooden door of unspectacular u-value.  Things may have caught up by now though.
