I  have no experience but looks like it could be worth talking to  them 

certainly getting your insulation levels up is paramount

the build up seems a bitof a faff, https://www.greenbuildingstore.co.uk/lower-royd-retrofit-internal-wall-insulation/ this gives the same u-value with what would seem to be an easier job.
