Disabled access update

BC came down today to discuss disabled access 

I was quite suprised when she told me that I needed a level platform with a 1 in 20 ramp leading to the platform any suitable material including timber I asked if I could use OSB covered with a course mineral felt She replied yes send me a drawing

If I was building again I would include a level access even if it wasn't required by the regs. I wouldnt have an obvious ramp either.

Yeah we have all sort of plans 

I thought I would have to build a ramp and then take it all out in the Summer When we do the landscaping
