40mm out of square over 17.5m. Acceptable or raise?

So the builders have built the corners up to plate and I went out with the wife to measure the diagonals, and there is a 40mm difference between the two diagonals. I appreciate that it is not great, but do I request the walls to be rebuilt?

As long as they are plumb it is acceptable. Will it make any difference to you?
