I have lifted the lid on our treatment plant and it looks very full. The system is aerating, but then I see very large burps of air. I know the xxxx builders have been using hand towels when they have run out of toilet paper. So it looks like the lift pipe might be blocked. I also noticed that inside the next chamber at the start of the drainage field, there is pieces of tissue. This is obviously far from ideal and something is very wrong.

When Graf came and commissioned the system last November, I asked him when we should have it emptied and his reply was around 2 years time.

I'll be ordering a grotty site loo first thing Monday as they don't respect the facilities.
