Which mortgage broker for new house???

I have completed a new house using an amc loan on some farmland,the interest rate with amc is higher than i would like though so looking to get a residential mortgage on the house now, which mortgage broker do people advise that doesnt charge fees unless mortgage is approved? The house is on a farm in central scotland
