What to repair this garage floor with?

We have had to have our garage door track replaced due to issue with the sliding door sticking. 

 

Hormann & garage door company have been brilliant over the years, but I do now need to try and tidy up the 'final solution' which was grind the floor flat and relay the track.

 

I now need to tidy up this small trench, with the track installed... It is entirely no removable. 

 

I just want to improve it visually, and will then repaint with epoxy floor paint.

 

Any tips? Thin concrete mix? Reinforced? Any other clever ideas?

Self levelling compound.

That's what I'm leaning towards, building a small dam with foam tape or equiv and fill the void?

 

Any ultra high strength ones? 

 

Should I prime the floor first?

Is the track higher than the floor level? If so then just pour the SLC upto the current floor level and work gently with a flat trowel. Just make sure the channel is cleared of dust, dampen a bit with a sprayer or wet sponge. No need to prime. Tape over the track to protect it

Track sits slightly higher, but I'll mask and dam it off slightly and level either side of it.

Just lay a strip of hardboard and use duct tape to go up the outside of the profile and wrap it over the hardboard (or a good stiff cardboard) and lap the two ties over each other on top. 
 

Pour the SLC and leave to cure, then cut the tape with a sharp Stanley knife where the SLC stops and remove.

Is there anything more I can do for belt and braces, as it will be driven over daily? Additives to the SLC, priming with more then water etc?

Hoover the crack out, stiff brush to loosen up and debris, and wet it thoroughly with SBR 75%, water 25%, and pour the SLC on to the wet solution. Don't let it dry and then pour SLC.

 

Don't drive over it for a good day or 2.

I doubt I’d change its composition tbh, but I’d say to use the Mapei builders screed as (iirc) it has fibres in it.
 

Defo needs fibres, sorry, been a loooong week.
