Model number please!

Hi Nick, on the back of the instruction manual it says JG/VER3122.Thanks.

Hi there, i cant understand the instructions, so can not the get  heating working, it has worked before but i have messed about with the digital thermostat and must have done something wrong, thank you

Best to ring their customer support number and they can talk you through it. 
 

There’s not enough info here for us to help, as it could be a few different things, as it’s a wireless system.
