Running underground drainage through below dpc wall

Hi all

 

My extension has been built and I'm having landscaping done. They have revealed a large hole where the underground drainpipe goes through fir the kitchen sink waste. 

They added this as an afterthought..

 

What's the best way to rectify this before we close it in with MOT type 1?

Compo and cuts to get it reasonable close to the pipe, within an inch or so. Pack the rest with insulation and stainless steel wire pads

Do as @Oz07 say. That is a rats haven. Your foundation has to be deeper than shown on the photo. Clear all around the pipe to the rest of the foundation below, then as Oz said. Kin lazy builders.

I have some left over expansion tape from when we did the floor that will perfectly envelope the pipe
