CCTV - mobile network/battery/solar panel

Hi everyone 

We have a site without electricity that's 20 minutes from home and we would like to put up a CCTV camera which is powered by solar/battery with a mobile network card (we have 4G/5G coverage). 

I have seen systems advertised but it sounds like it could be a bit flaky. 

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

Very happy with my reolink argus eco cameras. I've the WiFi version and during the build I setup a WiFi network with a 4g router. Worked well.

I use my 10 year old Motorola E5 as a WiFi hotspot. Works very reliably. As it is a phone, it has a built in UPS that lasts hours.
