Help with rogue roofing company

I had a tradesman come and do some flat roofing work last year. However some months later I have discovered problems.

 

The company was called xxxxxxx in Rotherham. I have tried making contact with the tradesman and they have ignored me completely even after sending letters via CAB.

 

Has anyone got any advice? Even taking legal action, there is no guarantee of getting my money back. It's unfair he is getting away with this and I've had to pay to get the work done again.

 

Can anyone recommend any reputable tradesmen in South Yorkshire that can fix a bay window please?

Sorry to hear you have problems with a new roof. Tell us more. What is the covering? Did they replace the deck underneath?What are the problems? Could be major; could be minor. We cannot express a view till we know the nature of the issues.

Can't tell much from the photo but it looks like they just put a layer on top of the existing?
