Cil Form 7B

I’ve just had our build signed off and completed the Cil form 7B 

Just a reminder to others not to forget this 

When we completed our previous build I’d no idea that we had to do this 

Till someone on here printed me 

So easy to fall foul of these things

We had to get an extension as the council tax department still (7 months later) hasn’t got around to the valuation yet. 🤦‍♂️
