Smooth cement render

Hi there, I have just built a garage and I want  a smooth cement render on all external walls with plastic bell cast and corner beads but I am having trouble getting anyone to do it. The minuet I mention smooth cement render there are deep breaths and the topic changes to expensive and very time consuming. I thought this would be an economic way to go for a garage.  Could I be wrong. Thanks

The through colored  renders Have made sand NF cement render obsolete Your looking around £30 m2 for a garage Supply Plus scaffold

No consolation but in Gibraltar I've been  watching them resurface the outside of a building that's probably 100s if years old. They are using some sort of fiberglass mesh and a paint/render on a roller to stick it to the existing tatty render. Seems to be doing a nice job and smooth.
