agamemnon Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Hi there, I am having issues with water bypassing the gutter and running down the windows on my conservatory rather than flowing into the gutter, the water will flow under back towards the conservatory wall, I imagine someone tried to use mastic before. I do not know how to approach bridging the gap so the water flows into the gutter taking the shape of the panels into account. A roofer came and suggest lead flashing with mastic, but not sure if that could all be bent easily and how that would work, on the underside of the roof? thanks A
Russell griffiths Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Go and buy a length of eaves tray, or known as plastic tray that supports the roof felt, one piece will only be £5 get one and see if this would work, it would need to go under the roof sheets so you will need to unscrew them and poke it in. it might need trimming back to stop it showing indoors. got to be worth a punt.
