Tamper proof white trunking for Ethernet cables

Is there a trunking solution that is difficult to cut? We had a burglary where part of the MO used by the scumbags was to tamper with our security lighting so that it didn’t work. Although we didn’t have any cables exposed, had we I’m sure they would have cut them.

 

I’m now installing PoE cameras and need to protect the Ethernet cables from being cut: my walls are white and I would prefer to buy something that comes in white so I don’t have to paint it. Is there anything that is quite difficult to cut? Some of it will be relatively out of reach, but some of it needs to travel well within reach.
