MVHR Commissioning documentation

Hi guys,

 

Just wondered whether anyone can provide me a template for a commissioning documentation, that I can submit to my building inspector ?

 

When asked he wasn't sure what detail was needed !! ... hope someone can help, and before you ask, no I'm not certified to "self certify" ! ... but expect this won't be a concern to my inspector.

You need a simple form that says Building Regs flow rate and actual flow rates in normal and boost, as a total and room by room basis, plus stating whether it's a extract or supply.

 

Plus you need the flow meter you used, calibration certificate.
