We're looking to see if it's even feasible to carry out a self build in Surrey with our budget (Finding & buying land & then getting planning!) Would be great to hear about other people's experiences & see if anyone has carried out something similar in this area.

What’s your budget for a plot. 
have you looked yet, any bungalows around ready to be knocked down.

Thanks for the reply, I've just posted a much longer thread with more detail in the building plots section. However, Essentially we're looking to see if it's feasible to get a plot for £2-300'000 within our area (Without PP) but it an ear that's likely to get it. We've looked at bungalows and other existing properties, but were hopefully looking for a new build - potentially kit house.
