I'm Adrian. 
just moved to North West Norfolk and am planning a couple of projects- one’s getting an en-suite extension built on back of ground floor bedroom, so will come back with questions for that on a separate post soon.

I should have added that too (Although I'm in the bit of Norfolk that Suffolk didn't want as opposed to being 8 miles up the road in the bit of Suffolk that Norfolk didn't want - got to love boundaries that are weird
