Chanpreet2675
I've been struggling with a persistent roof leak in my shop and could really use some advice. The shop has a suspended ceiling, so pinpointing the exact source of the leak has been difficult. Here's what we've done so far: Sealed the gutters Repaired the flashing on the side (which we thought could be the problem area) Got into the loft space and sealed areas where we saw water coming in Despite all these efforts, the leak persists. I suspect that water might be channeling from other areas that aren't immediately obvious. Every time we seal one area, the water seems to find another way in. Does anyone have experience with this kind of situation? What are some methods or tools I could use to accurately trace where the water is entering? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! VIDEO-2024-09-21-21-05-19.mp4 VIDEO-2024-09-25-19-22-08.mp4

ProDave
Well there are obviously a lot of slipped and broken tiles and the flashing between the sloping and flat roof is poor so start by getting a roofer to replace the broken and missing tiles and replace the flashing.
