MechanicalBuilder Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 Evening all, has anyone ever had any issues getting their as built saps and completion certificate when cascading ASHP without prior planning permission? I’m planning on attempting it with my self-build and I’ll have installation and commissioning certs. Permitted rights only allow one ASHP but im looking to install 2. Is anyone likely to look into this when I obtain my as built saps and then completion cert?
JohnMo Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 Obvious question is why would a new build need two ASHPs? Unless your building a large mansion. Permitted rights do not exist, while a property is being build under planning permission. So everything should be under on approved drawings.
Conor Posted June 22, 2024 Posted June 22, 2024 (edited) We moved our ASHP and just included it in an NMA application with some other tweaks, I'm sure you could try the same. Edited June 22, 2024 by Conor
