Post and beam Posted June 10 Share Posted June 10 I am about to submit my CIL forms (form 2 ). Does anyone have any advice of the correct level of detail to put into the 'Description of development' box? I cant imagine its critical but my experience of planning so far has been a little pedantic. The planning permission grant paperwork said 'Erection of detached dwelling & garage'. Post and beam Posted June 11 Author Share Posted June 11 Happy days: Thanks to JamesPa and an e mail from east Herts planning to confirm. They do not participate in or require any CIL submission.
