Favourite tile adhesives for large format tiles?

I'm looking for recommendations on standard set s1 tile adhesives for my wet room install, using 30x60x8.5, bit overwhelmed by the choices.

 

Had been considering kerakoll h40 gel or maybe ARDEX x77, any thoughts?

There’s nothing between any of them 

I never pay over a tenner for flexi 

I tend to use Tilemaster as it’s made local to me and Rocia and others sell it Unless some dippy Architect's specs

Really? so all this talk of thixo etc on the more expensive stuff is just marketing?

Yep

I e used all sorts and never have any tiles come up 

It’s not that the expensive ones are no good It’s more that flexi adhesive is all pretty bombproof 

Back in the day we would screed a floor in the morning and go on it with boards and tile in the afternoon 

Then came flexi 😁

I have been using https://www.protilertools.co.uk/product/ultra-tile-fix-proflex-spes-standard-set-flexible-s1-adhesive-white-20kg for a wet room.

Only a self builder but excellent adhesion and ease of use.
