Signing off

Hi. 

I need to take over signing off of my parents home as my father has deceased before he got around to this. 

 

Is there a list of what all is required for sign off or a guide to walk through it.

 

I know there is a pressure test to be done. But little else. I presume they need to come out and inspect the property and ensure accesses etc are compliant. 

 

Any info would be appreciated. Based in NI.

Your planning authority should have given a list of what they require to see and a sign off form. If you can't find it the planners should be able to issue a duplicate. Basically give them only what they ask for. Then someone will come and do a final inspection.
