RichM
Hi all, We are in the process of buying this 1970s house and need to plan our renovations now so we can begin on them soon after completion. We would like to extend the lower ground floor on the right side to be in line with the garage which would extend then kitchen. Then also change to current flat roof across the ground floor to something nicer, maybe a gabled pitch above the garage and new extension with a standard pitch in the middle like my dodgy picture below, thoughts on this? Any help, advice or other facelift ideas are very welcome please. I've attached the current front picture and floor plan to help understand the property better. Thanks in advance
Iceverge
Do you plan on keeping the garage as is or making it an inside room? What's the budget like, can you afford new windows for example?
