Thanks Norbert. The MD of Eden Insulation (Steve)) did ring me later and was apologetic about the absence of a response due to holidays, working on site etc. He did offer a tour of the workshop which I may take up

We build everything from I-Beams in situ - not a problem at all - BUT - we had amazing carpenters- beyond what is your average building crew - so that might be the reason - i got photos in the blog
