Modern S trap toilets?

Hi 

due to where I’d like my two upstairs toilets to be located I need to go under the first floor void ( posi joist) to exit a wall a few meters away . First is this ok? Second are there any good s trap wc’s that don’t look like they belong in a Victorian house , not that there is anything wrong with a Victorian house, it’s just ours won’t be one 😂

You can search out a s trap toilet if you want, but you generally you use a p trap and use a pan connection that goes vertically down into your soil pipe.
