Where is it moored, and watch out for the many negative comments about WBS, I start most of them.

I live within sight and sound of a narrowboat mooring - competing aggressive cockerels, woodburning stoves, demented dogs, and very pleasant owners. 

Each WBS on the mooring produces a significant amount of heat, so much so that they all stain the paintwork on the exterior of the  hull. One boat has two such stoves, and a Webastow (sp wrong?) diesel heater. Makes me wonder how many fish congregate under that hull : the local Goosander seems to snack there often.
