PUG/Biscuit Screed Drying Time

Hi

I am going to be laying UFH upstairs and have 8:1 mix (PUG/Biscuit) screed specified.  This will be getting put down at the thickness of 25mm.  How long will I have to wait for the moisture in the sand to disappear before I can lay 22mm chipboard flooring on top?
