Hi I am going to be laying UFH upstairs and have 8:1 mix (PUG/Biscuit) screed specified. This will be getting put down at the thickness of 25mm. How long will I have to wait for the moisture in the sand to disappear before I can lay 22mm chipboard flooring on top?

We are going to be building a house in Scotland. We are going to be putting Wraptite Airtight (Red) membrane on the exterior. My question is when we nail the framing to the outside of the kit to create the 50mm cavity and also when the builder nails all his wall ties in for the bricks and blocks do we need to do anything to stop the air tightness being breached? Do we need to put anything over the holes or on the wrap tight before we nail through it?

We are going to be starting a self build in South West Scotland and looking for recommendations for mini piling companies. Piles will need to go down 8 - 10m and there will be 23 piles in total. Any recommendations and thoughts on cost?
