spare ducting

Good afternoon lads, 

 

I'm preparing to install some outdoor Poe Cameras. 

 

I've some spare conduit/ducting going through my wall, its inside a box on the side of my house and ends up under my stairs were my ethernet cables terminate. 

 

could i use this ducting for my camera cables? would save me from drilling a hole through the house, im planning on having the nvr in there anyway.

 

I'm wondering how i would get the cables inside the outdoor box though without it looking like crap?
