Radiator manifold same as UFH ?

Looking at how to control our 5 bedroom (and ensuite) radiators.

 

Oil Boiler/ground floor UFH with 2x manifolds and heatmiser control panels.

 

Thinking that a Heatmiser wiring centre with a loop going to each bed/bathroom, thermostat in each bedroom hard wired back to the wiring centre.

 

That'll work right ?
