Full report downloadable here. Well worth a read, IMHO contains many sound and practical recommendations for levelling the playing field (gas vs electricity and HPs vs boilers), simlifying PP and DNO approval, increasing/training the workforce, and international comparisons.

Interesting indeed.  Here is the latest DENZ report.  Basically it appears to be an assembly of opinions with not a lot of analysis.  However I suspect its more likely to be listened to than a third party report.
