First house project, going okay, but..........

Fairly experienced DIYer, but this is my first big project, buying a house to do up while I live in.

 

I have good experience in places, but knowledge gaps in others.

So hoping I can help others, while gaining some ideas and advice on issues and tasks on my to do list.
