Triple glazed flush mounted roof windows

Can anybody recommend manufacturers of roof windows that are flush mounted...like conservation style. Planners are insisting. I would like triple glazed and air tight also if possible. Thanks in advance.

Velux do a recessed flashing, it's not quite flush (tho I've only looked at it for slate) but not as protruding as a lot of roof lights.
