PiperJ Posted October 25, 2023 Share Posted October 25, 2023 Hi, In March this year I purchased a two bedroom flat above a commercial garage. I managed to get permission to make it all residential. So it is going to be a three bedroom, one bath house with a large open plan kitchen/lounge downstairs. upstairs is almost done, downstairs is underway. Hoping to be in by Christmas. There’s been a few hiccups along the way. Contamination report found lead in the garden, so had to spend a fortune having that dig out and disposed of properly, planning for front elevation taking a few goes to get approved.
