  1. Hi, Thank you.. I love it, just can’t wait to get it done and move in.
  2. Thank you. I’m hoping the extra 50mm celotex will satisfy building regs not using the screed.
  3. Have been talking to someone today who recommended I use 150mm Celotex then click clack chipboard with the floorboards on that. Would save a lot of time. Any thoughts as to why I shouldn’t as I think it might be the way to go.
  4. The ground floor of my project is concrete. I’m not having UFH. I believe building regs require me to have a DPM launder, 100mm Celotex with 75mm screen on top. I will be laying reclaimed wooden floorboards over. My question is regarding screed. Is there any type of screed that I could lay thinner that 75mm that would give the same amount of support? also what is the best type of screed to use?
  5. Hi, In March this year I purchased a two bedroom flat above a commercial garage. I managed to get permission to make it all residential. So it is going to be a three bedroom, one bath house with a large open plan kitchen/lounge downstairs. upstairs is almost done, downstairs is underway. Hoping to be in by Christmas. There’s been a few hiccups along the way. Contamination report found lead in the garden, so had to spend a fortune having that dig out and disposed of properly, planning for front elevation taking a few goes to get approved.
