We are having a 2 storey extension built and we were wondering the difference between standard and eave lintels... when you look at the house there is no brickwork showing but I have drilled a hole in soffit and put camera up and there seems to be a concrete lintel .. Also we have a front porch extension and just confused as hell which lintel to buy for it. Kind regards ..
ETC Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 A (steel) eaves lintel will most probably not need to have a support for an outer leaf. Can you post some pictures?
