Ceiling cassette recommendations

Looking for a ceiling cassette AC unit that I can fit on our landing to provide cooling to all the rooms off it. Heating requirements are 11kw (inc. 3kw for hot water) so a 8kw unit should be enough for cooling, I'd have thought? Preferably one that's also Alexa-enabled.

 

Any recommendations?

Daikin….. from speaking to a good mate who is on the embassy m&e team, doing AC, it’s all they fit.

 

Mitsubishi is also good, but apparently Toshiba/Panasonic/Samsung not so much.
