Ben Weston
Hi all My builder has left the inner skin of the threshold of the bi-folds and other doors down and says that when we pour the slab, it flows to the outer course to make it continuous. I realise this is below DPC but it still feels wrong to bridge the cavity. Shouldn't the internal skin be built up to DPC as everywhere else and lap/join with the DPM under the slab? Genuine question as I don't know. Photo attached.
