Pocster
Cables / pipes all go through a low level opening to the outside world . Was planning on just foaming this gap . But worried a rodent of some kind will just eat through it . Can access the outside but it’s not possible to put any effective mesh as plenty of pipe work ( ASHP and water ) to puncture . What’s best to do here ?
Pocster
Googling tells me … Rodents will chew through expanding foam alone, so for rodent proofing this must be used in conjunction with wire wool, copper mesh etc. pack hole with wire wool then foam ? Mr Punter
Stainless steel pan scourers foamed in will stop them.
