Rendering wall on the top of side and rear extention

Hi there,

I am getting my whole end terreced house rendered. On the first floor level wall above the roof of my side and rear extention, renderer has not put drip bead on the ends of the plaster and left it slight rough up to the top of the lead flashing on one side and on other side, at the back of the house where i got external insulation, he has plastered over external insulation which is resting over the base of the roof flashing. My question is, does it require drip bead/bell cast or any bead at the lower ends of the plaster?
