New member from Cheshire

Hi everyone.

 

New member here. We've just bought a large property near Nantwich in Cheshire and have some big plans for it - primarily concerning the construction of a very large garage and a separate guest chalet-come-garden-office as well as changing some hardstanding and access tracks. Small beans compared to most of the projects on here, but while we've done a number of renovations, this will be the first time we've built any structures so will be asking a number of questions on construction techniques, trades and confirming our planning research.

I'm in Anderton, Northwich, Cheshire West rather than East.

Just on final snagging list after long trawl through planning, 2 appeals and Covid lockdowns, learnt a lot and happy to help

Thanks both. I've recently learned of the major delays in Cheshire East planning that have been plaguing them for some years now, so any applications I make will need to be absolutely perfect before they go so sure I'll be asking plenty of questions.
