Can I apply for a lawful development certificate for several extensions in one application ?

I am intending to apply for a LDC for several changes to our bungalow which are all permissible under permitted development: extending 50% of length of building at each end, 8 metre extension at back, front porch, dormer windows. Can anyone advise me whether I need to put in a separate application for each enlargement or can I submit one application with a set of drawings that shows all changes to the building? I am doing this to achieve a fall back position to trade for a planning application. Thanks, Nick

Sorry if obvious but I don't think you can put the 8m extension on the application for a certificate of lawfulness, at least not until its been granted under the prior approval scheme. I think if you do it will be refused.
