Panel discolouration - sign of a problem?

Hi everybody

 

I moved into a new build a couple of years ago and it has a small PV array on the roof. One of the panels (top middle on the pictures) has a light patch on it - as if it’s been internally damaged.

 

Does anybody know whether this is a sign of a problem? All comments much appreciated!

It almost looks like oxidisation washing down from the flashing above. Panels tend to darken if overheating - not go lighter.
