Canski
Hi all, Quick query. I am just working on a drainage design for my two hoses and had this drawn up that I gave to the groundworker who said that each house should have its own drain. The drain to the bottom and left of the photo is an existing 150 mm sewer that flows from right to left and top to bottom. All the rest would be new. Is it overcrowded between the 2 plots and needs 2 separate runs to join the new 'diagonal' drain run to the middle front of the houses ? Also would I need a drain connection for any condensate from the ASHP ? or is it that minimal that it can fall to the ground below ? Bonner
Not sure of the regs but I would strongly recommend separate drainage for each house. Nobody wants to deal with someone else’s blockage! ASHP condensate piped to a small soak-away so it doesn’t puddle.
