Hope all are well today.

 

I am a kitchen fitter / carpenter / office fitout guy by trade with plenty of miles under my belt, so have joined here to both hopefully answer some questions other folk might have and to also ask about things outside my wheelhouse. 

 

About to start refurbishment of my own house instead of someone elses for a change....so will be picking peoples brains as and when the undoubted problems are discovered

When I was a lad, I looked at a house that was being sold by shop fitter. 

It looked like a Sharp's showroom.

And a 1980s one at that.

Vapour open solution for the old cottage (tile hung and solid stone), a more modern approach for the newer bit! Gotta box up all the wifes shoes first to clear the rooms
