Also same question regarding my downstairs toilet the pipe just runs straight outside. I thought all waste pipes needed venting? Conor Posted October 19, 2022 Share Posted October 19, 2022 Nope, not all. Check the BC document and it gives guidance on unvented runs. Here in NI, if it's less than 6m it doesn't need to be vented.
