August 6, 20224 yr Got to box in some external pipework . Planned to make a timber frame and then fix tile backer board to it ( I have plenty spare ) . I assume backer board externally if not exposed to the elements is ok ?

No idea of spec - but if sold for bathrooms assume not rated for frost proof . Best not use ? . It’s outside but below ground ; so frost much less of an issue . Or just use some osb ?
