Solicitor Recommendations

Hi Folks,

 

Getting a self-build mortgage through buildstore and Newcastle Building society, buildstore quoted me about double what I would expect for their recommended solicitor, I'm wondering if anyone had a better solicitor I could use? We're based in West Yorkshire.

I tried a few times to get through on the phone but couldn't, is there a better time to call?

We used NBM for our conveyancing, they're based in Essex but it is all done online etc. Was competitively priced and all has gone through.
