concrete block to face brick corner on external elevation

i cant seem to find this info anywhere ,  can i wall tie/ furfix . if you imagine a brick wall and concrete blocks butting up to the back of it cheers

Yes.  Either screw in ties or furfix.

So,brick elevation on one side,with render or cladding on the blockwork return?

If it’s render,I’d go for a quoin detail,with the blockwork set back the depth of the render,so when applied it’s flush with brickwork.
